About Us

Worship Inc. is a humanitarian organization focussed on providing relief and supporting abundant living in health and welfare. Worship Inc incorporates music and wellness to provide education, disaster preparation and disaster relief to areas in need globally. Our current activities are taking place in Puerto Rico and consist of concerts and community days including health screenings, resilience training, emergency supply distribution and disaster education centric to natural disasters. Medication preservation, shelter, drinking water, hygiene and emergency supply distribution are some of the ways we provide for communities. Puerto Rico has been our pilot location in light of the many disasters that have impacted the island recently. We have begun exploring duplication of the Puerto Rico project in Haiti and plan to expand domestically and internationally. Worship Inc has established relationships with local organization in Puerto Rico and in the US that assist us in completing our work.

We depend heavily on local leaders in the communities to assist in determining need and the order in which families will receives our services. We have a running list of families who have received services before in order to determine who will receive future services. Concerts are open to all whom wish to attend and are used as catalyst in building relationships within the community. Our goal is to use census information to provide services to all families in areas effected by natural disasters. Additionally local organizations that assist us can also be recipients of services and supplies albeit they are living in areas affected.

Volunteers from the United States donate 8 days of time to conduct the concerts and community days. Volunteers pay for flights transportation, meals and housing. Local recipients of the concerts and community days pay nothing for the services provided. Volunteers give 1 hour monthly to meetings and 4-5 hours monthly to fundraising activities. While on site for 8 days the volunteers spend 16 hours a days preparing and conducting the concerts and community days. The president and project manager spend on average 20 hours a month meeting with local organizations within the communities we serve organizing, planning and conducting volunteer activities.
